Efficiency curves for water usage vs. gallons per minute were not performed. The unit stated in the plans was able to deliver my desired need at 120° F (the setting on the thermostat). Unfortunately, the plans were not designed for commercial intent.
This is a great idea! I plan to make one for my upstairs bathroom first to see how it works. I'll update! Thanks for all the work you put in to researching and posting these plans!
Try using either a 2 inch copper pipe and a couple of 2 inch to 1 inch reducers then a short piece of 1 inch pipe and then the threaded 1 inch female fitting and reduce the wattage to 1000 watts at 120 volts, this is for those wanting to use this sort of system in an RV or camper trailer. I made mine using 3 inch copper pipe at 2 foot long and a few 3 inch elbows, silver soldered all joints added the thermistats and the high pressure pop off valve and yet keep the wattage as low as possible. it works just fine and I have about two gallons of hot water at all times.
Idea Plans for mobile and value added services have been announced. Idea introduces various 3g plans for mobile with categories like sachet, timbased, and usb dongle plan.
